Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this manufacturing organisation based near Redruth in Cornwall to recruit a "hands on" HR Manager with experience gained from within manufacturing / logistics / supply chain sector on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Managing Director and managing / developing a small team, this truly generalist role will provide the full HR Management service to all Managers and Employees throughout the business. You will be a pragmatic and hands on HR Manager with practical working knowledge of employment law, excellent people skills including communications and management of employee relations. You will also possess some good experience of HR systems using all functions including reporting tools. In an ideal world you will also be qualified to a minimum of CIPD level 5, however solid HR experience gained from within manufacturing / logistics / supply chain sectors is the key requirement.
