Health & Safety Co-ordinator - Norwich 30-35k


Reporting to the site H&S Manager this busy role will see you focus on implementing the site Health & Safety plan, ensuring Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.

You will develop and help implement the health and safety plan, updating policies and ensuring any changes or updates are briefed across the business.

Assist in investigations relating to accidents and incidents, ensuring full and thorough investigations are carried out.

Collate and analysis statistics and performation information, produce montly reports for operational teams

Ensure you are up to date with latest H&S legislation, liaise with local authorities and emergency services where appropriate

Collate all matters relating to fire precautions and other emergency matters

Ensure all line managers are briefed on company H&S policies and processes, communication is critical in this respect.

You will have a recognised qualification (Nebosh or equivalent)

Experience of carrying out H&S audits and ideally experienced gained within a fast paced manufacturing environment
