General Manager The Client – General Manager General Manager required for very stylish group of Premium Casual Dining Pub & Restaurants, currently opening throughout the Home Counties. Brasserie flair twinned with stylish contemporary restaurant design in beautiful locations, are making a real move in this area of the market; neither Gastro Pub nor Fine Dining, but a mix of both. The Role – General Manager - Fresh Food, High Quality Brasserie Style Operation As a General Manager you will be involved with all aspects of running these stylish restaurants; from financials to training and new openings. We need General Managers who love food, who are focused in their career and passionate about the restaurant industry. You will have the opportunity to think of great new ways to raise the profile of the business, giving confidence in your restaurant to the locals.
