At Liaise, we are inspired by our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal support and we are looking for Support Workers who believe in our vision to ensure that every person we support leads a happy, purposeful life. We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant, experience is not required, as full training and support will be given.

Full time day shifts 37.5 hours a week, every other weekend with a mixture of early and late shifts.

Early - 7:30am-3:00pm

Late - 2:45pm-10:15pm

FULL UK DRIVING LICNECE IS ESSENTIAL | Must be comfortable to drive the company van

What you will be doing:

  • Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
  • Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
  • Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
  • Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

  • Achieves all Health & Safety standards
