A firm with a great reputation and growing market share of the Sussex conveyancing sector. The Worthing office has always been successful over many years, has negotiated adverse times in the past and remains a key player in the local market. The firm have several locations across the region and are looking to secure a competent conveyancer for the longer term success of the Worthing team.

You may have moved within the last 18 months or so, for any number of valid reasons and had one or two thoughts on the wisdom of that move.

Possibly you may be thinking that being last in at your current firm with a ’predicted’ downturn in business expected for 2023 that your position might be the first to come under the spotlight.

This firm is forward thinking and recruiting for this position on the basis that markets will always rebound and they intend to take advantage of that when they do. In addition to that they have an incredibly strong book of agents who are loyal and have always referred work to them. Even now they have plenty of work and have been looking for a further strong fee earner to join their ranks.

This position would suit any qualified conveyancer (CLC, Solicitor or FCILEx) who considers themselves to be organised and competent. You would also have a genuine desire to succeed and some drive and motivation, of course!
