My client is an manufacturing company in the FMCG sector who has recently had a huge uplift in production.

Due to recent changes they require an experienced engineering manager.

This site has also undergone recent investment which means there is commissioning and project work to get stuck into and a good mixture of new and old machinery.

You will ideally come from a FMCG background

You will benefit from working for this large Blue Chip Manufacturing company that can offer a long term career whilst working in a redundant proof industry. The Engineering Manager will come from a fast moving background as there is a huge pressure to react to breakdowns quickly on these prduction lines to keep downtime to a minimum.

Skilled required for Engineering Manager:

  • Management experience
  • Manufacturing background - FMCG
  • Strong electro-mechanical skills
  • Previous experience in planned and reactive Maintenance
  • Engineering Qualification
