CellTech Communications is a new fast paced mobile telecommunications company that builds, maintains, and upgrades mobile phone sites nationwide based out of Lutterworth Leicestershire.

The Roll:

Due to winning several new contracts we are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join the busy and ever expanding Mechanical & Electrical Department with an immediate start.

The roll would involve viewing design drawings, obtaining / confirming the scope of works (leasing with the customer in a professional manor), drawing up a full build PoW (program of works), drawing up a full material list of required materials for the job once the full scope is confirmed or by using Engineering judgement when required.

Once the scope is complete and detailed, move on to draw up the materials quotes and costing sheets then then compile the “Job pack” including RAMS for the build so all information is ready and waiting for the site to go into “build”.

The roll would also involve the ordering and picking the materials for the job in good time for in house logistics team to deliver to site. Once the build is complete the right candidate could then more develop their skills to complete hand-over documentation and certification and running the builds leasing with the site Electricians.

As CellTech offer an industry unique “Turnkey” build solution within the wireless telecoms sector, the successful candidate would have the unusual opportunity to work with other trades in the industry meaning builds flow better and there is a huge amount of knowledge to draw from.

The majority of the M+E build works are 2-3 days on site so this will be a faced paced exciting role as jobs / builds continuously change meaning there is never a dull day in the office!

Although this roll would be predominantly officed based, there will be a need to attends site to complete site surveys, meeting and other site visits as and when needed including gathering information for electrical designs.

· Can look at drawings and price work from them

· Can react and problem solve quickly

· Has excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lutterworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Electrical Engineering: 1 year (preferred)
