DMAIC, DDIS) for complex issues / opportunitiesOrganising and managing multi-disciplinary teams during the life cycle of the improvement projectTrain, coach and mentor Junior Change and Junior Project Managers (both full and part time) on the appropriate Lean Six Sigma / Project Management (including both waterfall and agile) methodologies to ensure their delivery of successful projectsLead all “gateway” reviews for your own projects & supporting Junior Change and Project Managers through theirs to ensure engagement and authorisation.The team are diverse, driven and bubbly and the office prides itself on being one of the most chic and modern in the heart of Leicester. If you thrive on delivering that first-class customer experience, then keep on reading...You Will Have Experience And Qualifications In ...Minimum 5 years’ experience as full time Change Manager / Lean Leader / Six Sigma Black Belt in Service industries, including use of suitable capability in statistical software tool (E.g. Minitab)Excellent communication and presentation skills, through all mediums, with experience of successful influence and engagement influence of Senior Leaders and Managers through the lifecycle of improvement projectsAbility to flex the right Customer centric improvement approach for the required improvementsStrong analytical, facilitation and coaching skillsProven success in leadership of self and othersEffective and structured risk management and mitigation, ensuring delivery of expecting improvementsYou willHave excellent analytical and continuous improvement skillsBe a strong CommunicatorBe customer service focussedBe driven for resultsHave strong Interpersonal skillsBe experienced in relationship managementBe experienced in stakeholder managementBe self-motivatorHave passion for planning and organisingPlease see Job description attached to the advert for further details.Working hours37.5 hours to be worked Monday – Friday between 8am- 6pm.
