Help At Home are on the hunt for warm and kind people like you to join our amazing team of Care Assistants at St Mary’s House Extra Care Scheme (LE17 - Lutterworth).

Come and help us deliver emotional and practical care to adults, enabling them to embrace daily life.

In return, we’ll support you every step of the way, providing training as well as the opportunity to progress your career. The hours are flexible, which means you’re able to fit the role in around other commitments including childcare or studying. You will be working on a rota basis, which depending on your availability will include early starts or late finishes.

You don’t need previous experience to become a Care Assistant, as we provide full training !

  • Wanting to offer support with a range of tasks, including personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping and light household duties
  • Able to access a vehicle or willing to walk between houses in allocated areas
