We are currently recruiting for a Business Support and Inventory Supervisor at Lutterworth. To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service and communication skills, hold proficient IT skills, with an administration background. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the Admin team.


About the Role

How you will contribute


  • Backup all aspects of Admin functions
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers
  • Supervise and ensure completion of all daily/weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner including all client / vendor reports to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded
  • Train and develop all staff to a competent level to cover all aspects of job role
  • Supervise all department Admin functions
  • Liaise on a daily basis with internal and external customers
  • Control the flow of contract paperwork for new vendors
  • Maintain weekly billing files in conjunction with the finance department
  • Attend customer review meetings, both on and off site
  • Ensure that client complaints are handled in-line with SLA
  • Drive Business Process Improvement Projects (BPI) throughout the operation
  • Management for vendor management, N.P.I.’s, order management and planning
  • Escalation point of contact with client / vendor / carrier for all customer service related issues
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to follow through on all assignments
  • Strong office administration skills including complete knowledge of Microsoft Office.
