Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Business Solutions Analyst who can make a positive difference here at Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Lutterworth. We have four sites based at Magna Park, Lutterworth and are opening two new sites in Nuneaton as well.

In your role as a Business Solutions Analyst, you will provide key departments with information and insights to enable them to make strategic decisions. You will be required to generate daily reports, dashboards, and forecasts. You will be working as part of Solutions Design team to create responses to RFQ proposal for potential new clients.

The role will report to the Process Development Manager.

Shift pattern:Monday, 08.30-17.00,37.5 hours per week. (Flexibility will be required to ensure that business needs are met)

Area Of Responsibilities
  • Generate daily reports through evaluation of WMS data and create management information reports and dashboards.
  • Create demand, storage, and resource forecast by combining historical WMS data and data from customers
  • Perform analysis of real time WMS data to highlight opportunities for cost savings through process improvements
  • Develop, implement, and improve an automated reporting solutions that delivers management information to the wider business
  • Communicate results of an analysis to the relevant Key departments in a timely manner
  • Create custom tools and spreadsheets to provide an opportunity for colleagues to improve their productivity
  • Support the Project Solution and Delivery Teams during tenders and project implementation with calculations and data insights
Essential Skills And Experience
  • IT skills, Visio, Advanced Microsoft / Excel / PowerPoint Proficiency with SQL language
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
