Bar and Lounge Manager - Luxury Hotel - HookWe are currently looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic & driven Bar and Lounge Manager to lead from the front, offer all training and guidance and enable the Bar and Lounge team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times.The PlaceOur client is a beautiful 4 red Star Hotel with 100+ bedrooms set in the heart of 66 acres of glorious park & boasts the longest uninterrupted view in Hampshire. The PersonAs the Bar and Lounge Manager you will have the following:
  • Strong operational record in hospitality
  • Experience within a similar role, at a similar style of property
  • Have strong people management skills and the ability to train and motivate people
  • To be a pivotal and charismatic figurehead for the department ensuring the highest levels of hospitality are achieved
  • Be patient and comfortable working under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and be approachable
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Talent for creating a positive team environment
