Assistant Manager

Our client is recruiting an Assistant Manager fof their busy Restaurant in Lutterworth. This is an opportunity to develop your career and is a role suitable for someone with supervisory or management experience in a busy operation. You will be a hands on manager who will serve and greet guests on a daily basis. The hours of work are 0830-1700 five days from seven.

The Role - Assistant Manager

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
• Training and development of junior staff members and summer casuals
• Managing the restaurant and food/drink service

The Person - Assistant Manager

• Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
• Stable work history showing progression
• Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
• Barista experience an advantadge

Salary & Benefits - Assistant Manager

• Salary £23,000
• Meals on duty
• 28 days holiday
