Our one year level 2 apprenticeship program gives you the knowledge and experience you need to start a career working in Supply Chain & Logistics. Through our apprenticeship, you’ll get hands-on experience whilst you also learn essential skills through an academic study program.

What is an Apprenticeship and what is the benefit?

This 1 year apprenticeship combines practical training with a formal qualification whilst earning a salary whilst working for Wayfair. Over this course of the year, you will move through rotations around our Warehouse and Home Delivery Operations learning about the different roles and functions that make up Wayfair’s Supply Chain. You will gain practical hands-on experience, come away with a formal qualification and get paid at the same time! When the program ends you will have an opportunity to allow for a permanent role at Wayfair and apply for further qualifications like your Level 3 and Level 5 Management Qualifications.

The salary starts at £9ph and has the bandwidth to increase to over £12.50 for those who excel and become fast tracked MHE Drivers during the program.

Who is this program suitable for?

This program is suitable for individuals with no experience working in a Warehouse, we will teach you everything you need to know. You don’t need to have any experience or qualifications above a grade C or Level 4 in English and Maths.

Pre Requisites

• Five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and mathematics (or equivalent)
• Must be over 18 on or before 1st September 2022
  

What happens when I finish the program?

That’s up to you! Here at Wayfair we have many opportunities depending on your work ethic, your determination and the effort you put into the program. Everyone is unique and we value that at Wayfair so your Manager and Training Mentor will be delighted to discuss your performance with you, as there may be opportunities to roll off the program and join our warehouse team or progress into Management Roles and complete your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Leadership. You get out what you put in.

Programme Length

12 -15 months plus EPA, your EPA is your final exams for your Apprenticeship.
