Do you have experience working with students with SEND? Are you looking for your next career opportunity? Weston College are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our progressive Faculty of Inclusive Practice team.

Foundation Learning delivers a wide range of inspiring, innovative and high-quality individualised programmes for students who have previously had difficulties in engaging with education and have experienced a whole range of barriers to their learning. Once a student is fully engaged their programme will be adapted and differentiated by level and vocational focus. Each student negotiates a personalised timetable incorporating their learning goals and with their personal tutor in order to achieve success.
