We have an opportunity to come and join our ISS Food Services team. As Food Service assistant, you will work as part of a small team to deliver catering services within our clients business and continue to build our strong client relationship
This Role is for 10 hours a week, 6 hours on a Friday & 4 hours on a Saturday.
Overtime will be available to cover staff holidays and staff sickness
The working hours are:
Friday 08:30 till 14:30
Saturday 07:00 till 11:00
You will be helping to serve breakfast & lunch on a Friday and just breakfast on the Saturday, you also be required to help other members of staff in the kitchen area when required
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations.
To promote and develop Company services, keeping line manager informed of possible growth, development and business opportunities.
To maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
To assist as directed with all aspects of food service; ordering, preparation, presentation and stock control.
To create, maintain and enhance effective customer relationships, which includes team members, the Client and individuals in the external environment.
To ensure the prompt service of meals and services at required times to the Company’s standard and to the satisfaction of the Clients.
To be responsible for making sure that any cash/takings belonging to the company are dealt with in the appropriate manner and reconciled accordingly.
To ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost.
To ensure that all company documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
To carry out any reasonable management request.
To receive and implement any training required.
To relieve and assist in other areas within the unit or other establishments.
This Role is for 10 hours a week
6 hours on a Friday
4 hours on a Saturday
