Shift Pattern: 20 hours working 5 days out of 7

Bannisters is an 80-90 cover restaurant (including balcony dinning), it’s an a la cart menu, table service restaurant. You will be working with a small dynamic team in a fast pace environment producing excellent breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Bannisters also hosts event evenings.

• Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Providing assistance in the serving of food and drinks to the table with high standards of presentation
• Ensuring orders are dealt with courteously and efficiently, cutlery and condiments readily available and tables cleared and ready for use
• Be a confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
• Assist with the general housekeeping of the Restaurant
• The possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial. Experience of a similar position is preferred but training will be given

Within our Flagship Store in Colne, Bannister’s Restaurant is situated on the first-floor with spectacular views over Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside. With 80+ covers we offer a tempting and affordable bistro-style menu using fresh local produce. We are searching for a Food Service Person with a friendly disposition to join our team here at Colne. You will assist in achieving the highest standards required in order to maintain the success of Bannisters Restaurant.
