As a member of the team you are responsible to ensure smooth running of contract on the day to day basis, with some specific responsibility for timely completion for any tasked duty that is deemed by your line manager.

Respond to any reasonable request from Company, Manager, supervisors and customers or client. To meet Manager, client and company exceptions. To ensure that products, equipment and materials are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled as trained. To ensure high levels services and standards are met and are in compliance with contract specification.


Main Duties:

  • Assisting with the preparation of and the serving of all meals and beverages to customers
  • Stock control rotation date labelling and checking stock levels.
  • Assist in cleaning and housekeeping, and all duties in this area as set by your management team.
  • Ensure that you have received the necessary training so that you can competently carry out your duties and responsibilities. Acknowledge and accept a personal responsibility for safety and company policies.
  • To work as a team, be responsible for efficient and quality service within your section as set by management team.
  • Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are to the highest standard at all times and in line with company policy.
  • To comply with company and client policies of quality and standards of catering at the contract, to be courteous at all times ensuing customers receive prompt service, adhere to company policy on dealing with customer comments.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • On site Training or knowledge of role from Experience or Training given to NVQ level two and above.
  • Ability to follow policy and procedures, Willingness to bring concerns to corporate attention via prescribed channels. Excellent with customers Focusing on the Customer, Achieving Results, Problem Solving, good at Communicating & Influencing, teamwork, Claim and positive manner, helpful and polite, can do attitude. Lead by example, good level of high presentation skills, take ownership, has motivational. Proven that can organise their work section and adapt to changing priorities. Time Management skills, craft skills to a good to high standard. To be fair consistent when dealing with staff members and customers.
