Job Purpose and Impact

Cargill’s European Protein business is a leading supplier and innovator of further processed chicken products for retail, food service and food manufacturing customers. This position in the factory based Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory (FSQR) team will be responsible for delivering training and ensuring compliance cross functionally in the factory and advising on best practice food safety/ quality processes and procedures. Key Accountabilities

Conducts auditing of factory processes and proceedures to ensure compliance to legal, customer and Cargill standards, relating to food safety and quality
Proactively identify and anticipate training needs/ gaps and work across departments to educate and train diverse teams on food safety/ quality best practices
Develop and implement site training processes and documents
Other tasks as required Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to degree standard (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or food technology related subject or demonstrated practical experience
Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment in a quality/ auditing / training position with a focus on coaching and mentoring other departments on food safety/ quality topics
Strong organisation skills, able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
Able to engage other departments and stakeholders on food safety, quality, health & safety, and drive positive results
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience within Meat/ Poultry manufacturing
Train the trainer or formal coaching qualification
