Your roleTo maintain, develop and implement the Group Food Safety & Quality Management System, ensuring all customer COPs, changes in legislation and certification standards are integrated within the required time scales.Create and / or deliver technical training as required.May include supporting the Technical Academy, Quality Pillar/Technical Excellence, Agriculture and/or supervision of the NI Factory Auditors as these are covered within the team.What You’ll Need
  • Good level of education, in particular good English spelling and grammar
  • Good attention to detail
  • Supervisory/management level experience in similar FMCG food industry, with good understanding of factory operations
  • Working knowledge of BRC standard, HACCP, Retailer codes of Practice, Food Legislation, and Food Hygiene
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Team leadership qualities.
  • Initiative, self-motivated, well organised and assertive.
  • Logical approach, open minded to other ways of doing things
  • Ability to travel to other sites.
