  • Dependant on department – £9.82 to £10.46 basic pay per hour, overtime at time and half of your basic hourly pay!

Think you got what it take to be a food production operative?

Working as part of the production line you will be involved in various different tasks to get the product out to customers.
  • Quality checking the rice cakes by sorting through them and disposing of any not up to standards
  • Counting biscuits and rice cakes ready to be packaged
  • Assembling boxes
  • Packing packs of rice cakes/biscuits and checking quantity into boxes
  • Sending boxes through the tape machine
  • Loading boxes onto pallets


Hours
  • Working on a 5 day a week shift pattern Monday – Friday
  • Weekly rotation of hours ( 1 week of 36 hours and 1 week of 48 hours)
  • Shifts of days 6am – 6pm and nights of 6pm – 6am on rotation
  • Future potential of a 7 day shift pattern where you will work set shifts throughout a 7 day pattern.

This role requires no experience, involves following simple instruction whilst undertaking repetitive tasks

Immediate starts for candidates, The role is starting off temporary with ongoing work and there is the opportunity to gain a permanent contract to succeeding candidates.
