The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our friendly team at Sherfield Oaks Golf Clubto work Monday - Sunday on a Rota basis.

The operations and hospitality teams are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring that all golfers receive a positive experience and hopefully spread the word!

We are currently recruiting for Golf Operations Assistants to work within our Golf Team to help to ensure that all visitor’s experience to the club exceeds their expectations on and off the golf course.

Successful candidates will have an instinctive, natural personality with a desire to please, that helps you deliver first class customer service to all visitors to the club. Being passionate about golf, ideally with a good level of understanding of the game will help you make the right decisions, however full training will be provided for all successful candidates. You will be a great communicator recognising the importance of representing the brand with all colleagues and visitors to the club with a “can do” positive attitude that allows you to cope with any fast paced challenges that you may face.

Shift patterns

We operate from 6am until dusk with a range of am/pm shift patterns available, which will include your flexibility to be available for weekend working.
