Food & Beverage Manager at Plymouth Life Centre

Fulltime - 37 hours per week Salary - Competitive

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the team to lead in the delivery and development of the F&B offering at Plymouth Life Centre.

It is essential that you have the ability to form strong working relationships with your team & suppliers.

As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.

Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

By implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our F&B department and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

The candidate must have :

  • A minimum of 2 years food and beverage management experience
  • A working knowledge of computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
  • The ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Be up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
  • The ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • Customer-oriented and service-minded
  • Level 3 food safety certificate

Hours worked will be to suit the needs of the business between 0700 & 2200 Monday-Sunday to include hours around peak busy times in Centre.
