Front of House Supervisor - Winchester - £11.50 per hour

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting a FOH Supervisor to join a beautiful site in Winchester. This role is unique and a bit different so if you want to work in an amazing venue then this could be the job for you.

The hours are 5/7 days with some evenings and weekends off offering a better work life balance.
Straight shifts
All shifts will be straight usually either early morning or mid-morning and lates with an earliest start of around 7am and latest finish around 8pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Front of House Supervisor

  • Waiting duties plus when event and functions are on and supervising the team.
  • Have experience across the catering departments to include dining room and private events
  • To comply with relevant health and safety guidelines

What You Need To Be a Front of House Supervisor

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Keen interest in catering and hospitality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate will be advantageous
