The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Reach and Counterbalance FLT driver (RTITB accredited) to start with immediate effect in the Baglan area. Excellent rates of pay, paid Weekly!Rotating 3 Shift Pattern: Working 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (Sun-Thurs when working night shifts):-Mornings: 6am-2pmAfternoons: 2pm-10pmNights: 10pm-6amContract: This is a temporary, ongoing position. Initially a 3 month position but can go on longer.Skills / Experience
  • Ideally you will have experience working in an FMCG Manufacturing environment and used to working shifts.
  • A current forklift Reach & Counterbalance licence is essential for this role!
  • A flexible candidates with a ’can-do’ attitude, able to work well in high pressured environments.
  • Ability to work at speed with Quality and Safety as priority and the ability to work to deadlines.
