Encore are recruiting for FLT - Counterbalance drivers working for a major Salad production company in Litchfield (WS13)
FREE Transport provided from Burton (DE14) Lichfield & Tamworth (B79)

Hours of Work (4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern)
Day Shift – 07:30 - 19:30

Rates of Pay
Days - £ 12.43 per hour | Overtime after 48 hours - £ 18.65 per hour

Your time at work

You will be working in a chilled Warehouse picking various Salad product whilst also keeping your work area clean and tidy.
You will be stacking salad boxes on pallets, picking orders from locations and loading palletts into lorries.
FLT - Counterbalance experience and valid licence is necessarily.

Main Purpose of the Job
The job holder is responsible for carrying out physical stock checks and regular rolling stock take. Controlling inbound pallets, crates and the flow of waste streams. To provide administrative duties including stock reports, FloriS movements and communication with hauliers and suppliers.

Scope of Responsibility
Full range of warehouse and stock administration which will include interaction with scheduling, supply chain.

Main Responsibilities
1.Recording of crates/pallets (input and output)
2.Organisation of reloading empty crates/pallets
3.Keep traceability on movements updated with suppliers
4.Ensure the yard and bays are kept clean and tidy with minimum crates/pallets
5.Organising the exchanges of waste materials with suppliers
6.Ensure daily communication with Supply chain and Suppliers
7.Allocating booking in times with suppliers
8.General office filing/archiving of relevant documents and ensuring office is kept clean and tidy
9.Accuracy and attention to detail. Ensuring stocks are published on time and in full, thus enabling the site to react and resolve supply chain issues

Key Performance Indicators
1.Stock count accuracy 99.5%
2.Disposal of waste product within 24 hours following confirmation from supply chain
3.To maintain a first in first out (FIFO) stock rotation
4.Crate and pallet stocks match supplier accounts

Limits of Responsibility
1.Cannot make any adjustments on the system that may have a financial impact
2.Cannot make any decisions that may affect service level without consulting a Team Leader

Skills and Experience
1.Competent in Excel, Outlook and Word
2.Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
3.Working to deadlines and time constraints
4.Good attention to detail and date/info accuracy
5.Able to prioritise and multi task
6.Ability to understand both operational and stock control issues
7.Able to understand clear instruction
8.FLT license would be advantageous
