BE Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing client, based in Coleshill, Birmingham. And they are recruiting for FLT Counterbalance drivers to join their existing team. Please be aware that this job role involves 50% FLT usage and 50% manual labour.Duties as a FLT Counterbalance Driver will include:General Factory DutiesDriving a FLT Counterbalance (Valid Licence Required)Decanting vehicle parts to & from metal stillagesCounting vehicle partsHelping when & where required within the Factory/Warehouse YOU MUST HOLD A VALID FLT COUNTERBALANCE LICENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB ROLEDays/Hours & Pay Rate:We Currently have a rotating shift available...6am til 2pm/2pm til 10pmMonday-Friday (Fridays having an earlier finish)£11.49 per hour with a daily shift allowance of £5.50(AM)/£8.60(PM)You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period.If you have not heard back from us within 2 weeks please assume that unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful, however, please look at other roles we have to see if they are more suitable.BE Recruitment is an equal opportunity recruiter and therefore we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified individuals, regardless of race, sex, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
