Our shop is becoming busier and we are looking for a lovely new part-time member of staff to join our small team. The ideal team member will have at least three years floristry experience and will be able to jump right into all aspects of flower shop work, including gift bouquets, funeral work and most importantly wedding flowers. They will need an excellent knowledge of flowers and plants, have an enthusiasm for floristry, a friendly, positive personality and the ability to work under time pressure. Also, if you can tolerate the cold in winter and are happy to clean dirty flower buckets, bonus!

The job will initially be for 10 hours per week on Fridays and Saturdays, but the successful candidate must be available for regular overtime at busy periods ( eg. Mother’s Day, Valentines, Christmas and wedding season)

As an added bonus, someone who shares our ethical views and passion for sustainability would be great as the successful candidate will be also working within our ’Refill Room’.
