About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join the wastewater performance team as a Flooding Support Analyst 1. This is a key role focusing on sewer flooding performance. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where you will support the technical support teams to deliver thorough and detailed flooding investigations driving improved performance and sharing best practice.

You’ll be confident holding challenging conversations to ensure all parts of the process are managed to the highest levels. The successful candidate will be required to create and produce insightful analysis and data trends and be confident in designing and delivering presentations based on this data to key stakeholders.

We’re looking for you to ensure that all our flooding data is accurate and recorded in line with OFWAT regulations

About You

You’ll have Strong attention to detail with an analytical / solution focus and a drive to improve performance. Strong communication skills are essential and you’ll have proven experience in working to challenging deadlines.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with regulatory data and you will have an understanding of the sewerage network.
