My client who are a national fleet maintenance and management business are currently seeking a Fleet Team Manager to join their team to be based at their head office in Wiltshire.
The Role
To lead a team of cross functional team members managing a variety of tasks- inclusive of Vehicle off road, driver inbound and outbound calls, compliance managed bookings, admin tasks.
To prioritise task allocation amongst individual contributors to ensure monthly KPIs are hit
To communicate information across the team as required based on customer changes and programs, taking full responsibility for process map changes training and documenting
To be responsible for team members personal and professional development ensuring each has monthly 121s, coaching on audited work, training and development plans
Lead effective problem solving as the customer has changes that require management, inclusive of finding the solution, process mapping, training and communication
Lead completion to customer specific projects. -inclusive of scoping, completion,
Drive efficiencies and change where needed to ensure resource to tasks stays lean
Support Account Manager and customer meetings where necessary to build knowledge and insight to ensure process and change are effectively lead
Ensure individual team members consistently hit individual KPIS and performance manage if required
Recruit and manage onboarding of new team members.
Support ad hoc tasks as required by the business
Requirements
/ Experience
Experience
of managing, running and developing call centre or operational teams is essential
Experience
of fleet management or similar would be advantageous
Experience
of working within a quality, process driven environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Ability to build and develop relationships with clients, account managers, senior management ensuring the provision of an efficient and excellent customer service experience
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proven ability to coach for success and improve individual’s performance, or performance manage where required
