A family run contractor are currently looking for a Fleet Manager to join there ever growing team.As a Fleet / Asset Manager, you will be working form our head office working closely with the team to oversee the national fleet of vehicles.This role will oversee the national maintenance contracts, costs and compliance or Transport and Warehouse Fleets. You will oversee and manage all sources of costs for the Warehouse & Transport fleet network,Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure fleet is maintained within budget for both labour and parts
  • Manage engineers activity/ performance management
  • Management of data/Data Analytics/visibility on all costs
  • Oversee/Monitor all off-hire inspections are carried out and any damage agreed
  • Oversee all chargeable repairs, including where necessary visiting sites to discuss estimates
  • To ensure a robust system is in place and maintained in relation to tyre management.
  • To ensure all maintenance records are kept and maintained to legal and Company standards.
  • To carry out regular compliance audits.
  • Preparing reports as required.
You
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Performance management skills
  • Driving License is essential
  • Strong IT & analytical skills
