We now have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and flexible team player to join a busy Fleet Team as a Fleet Administrator.

Location: Sidmouth, Devon
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £22,825 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Benefits: Generous annual leave, pension scheme, Healthshield plan, confidential counselling service, subsidised restaurant, free parking, enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, Life Assurance Scheme, 31 day’s holiday per year, inclusive of the 8 statutory public holidays. This increases by one day each year until a maximum of 34 days is reached.

About the role:
As Fleet Administrator you will provide full administrative support to the team, delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that processes are efficient, cost effective and that work is undertaken to ensure the charity remain legally compliant.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for all Fleet enquiries responding to routine enquiries and using judgement to escalate complex enquiries when needed
- Supporting the Fleet Department with the pool car booking system and use of the pool cars within the charity
- Assisting the Fleet Maintenance Advisor with safety checks and mileage checks for all charity pool cars
- Providing assistance to employees using pool cars and ensure they are familiar with the car and the controls
- Assisting the Fleet Administration and Compliance Coordinator with maintaining an accurate record for all company drivers
- Ensuring that all vehicle records on the Fleet database are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Working with the Procurement and eBIS to set up new suppliers, raising purchase orders and processing all invoices for payment
About you:
To be successful in the role of Fleet Administrator you will need to have practical experience of working in the motor industry, along with the following skills and experience:
- You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a busy administrative role.
- You will demonstrate good knowledge and practical application of vehicle maintenance, ensuring a high level of technical competence when dealing with suppliers and stakeholders.
- You will possess excellent communication, IT and problem solving skills.
- A genuine multi-tasker, you will be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working with a number of conflicting demands and timescales.
- You will have a full, valid UK driving licence.
