We have an exciting opportunity for a F1 Level Junior Doctor in Medicine based at Nevill hall hospital, Abergavenny.This is a rotational post between Endocrine and Care Of The Elderly Medicine. Participation in medical on call rota 1:20 - days, nights and weekends will be required.This post is potentially suitable either for doctors who have completed their F1 year or for doctors who are relatively new to the National Health Service, having qualified outside the UK but who have some clinical experience or who have gained their primary medical qualification in the EU and are looking for their first post within the NHSMain duties of the jobThe doctor will form part of a clinical team with excellent support and supervision from other doctors in training and Consultants, alongside other F1 doctors. The posts will form part of the F1 emergency/on call rotas in the relevant specialties, including working night and weekend shifts with resident senior support.The post will not have recognised educational approval but will have the same supervision and annual leave as that of a recognised training post.Excellent Postgraduate Medical facilities are available in a recently refurbished Postgraduate Centre.About UsAneurin Bevan University Health Board is a multi-award-winning NHS organisation with a passion for caring.
