FIXED TERM POSITION UP TO 12 MONTHS

DESCRIPTION:

Maintain entity Sales Ledger, ensuring posting of all customer invoices on SAP system and issuance to customer, ensuring timely customer payments and cash allocation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply with all RigNet and QHSE policies, standards and regulations.
  • Review and update departmental documentation and processes to successfully deliver projects and services.
  • Posting of sales invoices and credit notes on SAP system and ensuring issue to customer
  • Posting of accrued and deferred revenue schedules to ensure correct monthly reporting
  • Route any customer credit requests through Docusign for approval
  • Posting of daily cash receipts and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Customer credit control ensuring customers do not exceed agreed credit terms
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer billing queries
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements
  • Any other adhoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Financial background would be advantageous
  • Flexibility and willingness to meet customer requirements as required
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and work independently using your own initiative.
