As a mechanical fitter, you’ll be responible for both planned and reactive maintenance on site. You’ll be the first point of call and you’ll need to be able to work well under pressure. As a Maintenance fitter, you’ll be working for a company that puts its employees first. You’ll be treated as a person, not just a number. A company that encourages you to engineer out a problem and not just look for the quick fix. Your ideas will be taken on board and implemented throughout the department. It’s a forward-thinking business and they understand that their employees are at the core. What will you be doing?-You will have to have previous experience of working as a Mechanical Engineer within a Manufacturing environment
  • Welding experience is an advantage
  • Mobile plant is also desirable
  • NVQ/C&G or equivalent will be required too
  • You will enjoy Continuous Improvement and strive to increase efficiency
