About the role You’ll be working as part of a professional team of Fitness Instructors, offering high levels of customer service and standards, ensuring the department remains clean, welcoming, functional and compliant. You’ll lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching, working with people of all ages and skill. You may also advise clients on diet, develop bespoke personal training plans and give vital advice, encouragement and motivation. This role will include duties such as registration, welcome and check in of guests, and show rounds and will also support in growing membership numbers as well as pushing special promotions to drive additional business. Some key responsibilities include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, drive the facilities revenues and profitability, ensure the club is maintained to the highest standards by cleaning and checking the facilities, carry out pool checks and be aware of the importance of health and safety, accurately maintaining records and ensuring compliance. About you You will work 5 days over 7, on a varied shift pattern of 5.30am to 2.00pm or 2.00pm to 10.30pm.
