Fixed term contract (6 month)

Newark

Shifts - 8.5 hours between 6am and 10pm

£22k

Our Newark based client is seeking a technical support candidate to join their team. You will log calls and provide first line technical support to a range of clients.

Duties include:
  • First line technical support for key clients.
  • Logging incidents on CRM and software systems
  • Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions
  • Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support
  • Providing excellent levels of customer service and support
  • Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within SLA
To be considered for this role the candidate must have fluent written and spoken English. Problem solving and keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service are essential. Some Technical Help Desk / Service Desk experience would be an advantage, but full training will be given to the successful candidate.
