For our UK manufacturing site in Telford, we are looking for a dependable Sampling Finishing Operative for a fulltime permanent position, working rotating double days, Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and preparing plastic and metals parts ready for dispatch by trimming, sanding, drilling, measuring and counting, dependant on the customer requirements.
  • Ensure that products are produce to high quality standards, identify any issues and escalate as and when required.
  • Process jobs as scheduled on the internal database as well as entering operational data regarding job progression.

Your qualifications & experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a production environment, on the finishing line and used a variety of tools.
  • Able to work to high safety and quality standard, with a variety of equipment and materials.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
  • Competent in comprehending and following printed and computer-screen instructions as well as direction from supervisors or technical leads.
