We have an opportunity for a Financial Systems Administrator to join our Living Space Responsive team in Enfield, London.

The role will provide finance support on a portfolio of contracts which provides reactive, planned maintenance, and facilities management support to Local Government/ Housing associations and the private sector.

Key Accountabilities Will Include
  • Support IT project teams and represent Finance
  • Liaise internally within Finance on all changes and manage stakeholder expectations (such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, management)
  • Working and collaborating with Operational and Commercial teams
  • Ownership of processes and escalation of issues to the Financial Systems Manager as appropriate
  • Responsibility for testing and ensuring robust process implementation of changes, as well as managing change
  • Liaising with Internal IT & External IT consultants, as well as project managers and business analysts
  • Management and oversight of system control integrity
  • Driver of continuous improvement ensuring adherence to a high standard
  • Provision of ad-hoc financial analysis as required
  • Monthly financial inspection for accuracy and completeness of data and accounts.
We are looking foryou to have some experience within a fast paced financial environment with high volume administration and data processing. You will be an advanced and confident user of Excel (including macros). You will be able to demonstrate proactive and self-starting approach and be able to work to tight deadlines and ability to prioritise and delegate as appropriate.

The successful candidate will be IT literate and able to communicate confidently with employees, customers and subcontractors. The work is controlled and repetitive, with processes largely pre determined with strict set deadlines therefore an organised and meticulous approach to all tasks is required.
