This is a great opportunity for an AAT qualified Financial Controller, or someone looking to make their next move up to this level, who has at least 5 years experience of working within small to medium sized companies, to take total ownership of this manufacturing company’s Finances and Accounting, bringing with you knowledge of how to maximise growth via financial analysis and recommendations.

You will bring with you the ability to take the company forward to the next step of their continuous growth, using your experience of all necessary day to day accounting duties, including management accounts, which will be your responsibility, along with the ability to analyse data and convert this into solutions for growth to benefit the company.

Your approach to work will allow you to work very much as part of a team, liaising closely with colleagues, being professional and confident in yourself, supervising one part time Book Keeper, able to work under pressure, to deadlines, prioritising work accordingly, being proactive and with high levels of attention to detail.

Communication skills, both written and verbal will be excellent, along with your ability to quickly work within a CRM system, along with the standard Office programmes.

Due to a rural location, you must have your own transport.
