CY Executive Resourcing are currently aligned with a successful, global manufacturing leader to secure the skills of an experienced and enthusiastic Financial Controller to take the reins within their Finance Department.

Working closely with Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued financial health and success of the company.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the financial department.
  • Ensure robust financial controls are implemented, maintained and the reporting process runs smoothly across the department.
  • Manage and mentor a multi skilled finance team.
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the department.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Operations to ensure alignment to budgets and support further forecasts.
  • Support the Finance Director and wider Operations Team to deliver business targets and company objectives.

This role requires a qualified, positive and energetic individual, experienced in Financial Control, team management and with previous senior level exposure within a manufacturing environment.
