Gi Group Scarborough have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller who will fit right in with the Finance team. This is a new role and will be key part of the Finance Management team based in Redcar.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who will add value to the finance functions, successfully managing and leading.

As a Financial Controller, you will have all round accountancy experience across year end accounts, income, expenditure, treasury and balance sheet. You will lead on rents and service charges, internal controls, assets and liability register and work supporting our treasury management and financial plans.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified or approaching the final CCAB qualification. Social housing finance, housing rent setting and Brixx knowledge is highly desirable.
