Our client, a top US law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Paralegal to join its renowned Finance team. This opportunity will be based in the firm’s London office.

As a Finance Paralegal within this leading team, you will be working within leveraged finance, bond issuances, debt funds, fund finance and private equity sponsors. Also, as a Finance Paralegal within this renowned team, you will be an integral member of this highly ranked department at the firm.

Our client is seeking to make an experienced Paralegal hire, ideally looking for a candidate with the following skills/experience:

  • Degree educated
  • LPC Qualified (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous Paralegal experience gained at a top law practice in Central London (Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or other US Law Firms advantageous) with specific experience gained working within Finance.
