Job description

International Group in Bristol are seeking a Finance Operations Manager. As they continue to grow and expand into other regions, they are looking for a manager to control Accounts Payable, Banking and Expense management. There is also the opportunity to progress, with an in-built career path.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage the Group Accounts Payable Team and Banking Executive
  • Review reconciliations between AP and GL
  • Oversee weekly pay runs
  • Develop and maintain reporting on purchases, AP balances and AP team performance
  • Manage banking operations (payments, cash book postings, reconciliations etc)
  • Support the Head of Finance on delivering the banking consolidation project
  • Maintain the expense management system and processes
  • Continuous process improvement

Your Profile:

  • Management experience
  • Ability to solve problems and seek assistance where appropriate
  • Experience of SAP Concur - desirable
  • Strong Excel
