An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced professional to support and enhance the provision of high quality and cost effective finance services in the role of Finance Officer within the Transactional Finance Team of NTW Solutions Ltd. This opportunity is being offered as an initial 3 month fixed term contract with the potential for future extension.

The Post Holder will be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate processing of financial information into central computerised systems
• Ensuring timely processing and authorisation of Supplier invoices to ensure payments are made within pre-determined payment terms
• Overseeing proactive chasing of overdue debts and have experience in AR procedural work
• Dealing with, at times complex, Supplier and Customer based queries
• Ensuring financial documentation is correctly stored and audit trails are accurately maintained
• Carrying out anti-fraud checks on new and current Suppliers
• Ensuring that sub-ledger information from AP and AR meet the qualities of good information before being entered into the General Ledger
