Summary

KPM Analytics is a global leader in scientific instrumentation, focused primarily on analyzing critical quality parameters in the food, agricultural, industrial, environmental & clinical industries.

Our UK office in Corby, Northamptonshire is looking for a part-time Finance Manager, working in a small team of 4 people, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly financial accounts using Sage 50 Accounts
  • Preparation & submission of financial reports to Head Office including forecasts, cash flow, weekly sales & order intake
  • Maintenance & control of multi-currency bank accounts
  • Raising sales invoices & processing purchase invoices
  • Administration of the monthly payroll via a 3rd party payroll provider & payment of salaries & bonuses
  • Calculation & submission of quarterly Vat returns
  • Renewal of annual insurance policies
  • Preparation of annual accounts & budgets & liaison with external auditors
  • Calculation & payment of monthly pension contributions
  • Reconciliation of inter-company accounts & liaison with other group companies
  • Other ad-hoc duties & reports as required

Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified with experience

Skills

  • Experienced in Sage 50 Accounts
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word
