Job Title: Finance & Business Manager Organisation : International NGO Location: Worcester / Evesham with significant home-working Hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week Duration: Permanent Salary: £30-35k pro-rata / FTE A small NGO focused on poverty reduction programmes in sub-Saharan Africa and south Asia is seeking a Finance & Business Manager for a part-time, permanent role. The role is a sole charge finance role, reporting to the CEO. The role involves a mixture of internal finances for the charity, institutional donor reporting to funders and some basic oversight of the programme finances by liaising with partners overseas. The role is for 2.5 or 3 days per week - there is flexibility to work from home, however candidates shoyuld be able to visit the offices around 1-2 times per month minimum. The organisation has a turnover of between £500k-£1million. The role would be best suited to someone with experience in a similarly broad role in an NGO or UK charity - although candidates wishing to move into the sectir will be considered Requirements: -Experience managing a finance function in a small / medium organisation -Part or fully-qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA preferable but not essential -Experience with charity finance, or international NGO donor reporting / programme finance is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate a genuuine interest and passion for the sector, along with transferable skills -Strong experience with management accounting and budgeting -Strong experience with financial controls Closing date : Thursday 10th June at 4pm Interviews: Monday 14th June via Zoom
