Role Description

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering timely and high-quality month-end management accounts including a KPI (board) pack.
  • Producing weekly and monthly financial management information in a timely manner as required by senior management.
  • Preparation of Annual Budget and cash flow forecasts.
  • Maintenance of fixed asset register, prepayments, accruals, and other accounting schedules.
  • Ensuring intercompany and foreign currency control accounts are reconciled in a timely fashion.
  • Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Reconciliation of all control account ledgers.
  • Liaising with other non-finance departments.
  • Ad hoc support to the Directors.
  • Continued development of reporting via automation and financial app advisory
  • Liaising with external accountants and financial consultants
The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
  • Strong exposure within a Finance role, preferably within Technology or Marketing/PR Company
  • Expert level with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and cloud accounting packages
  • Influencing and leading a multitude of stakeholders in the business and finance
  • Customer-focused with a commercial mind-set
  • Enjoys working in teams
  • Shows ability to work effectively across all functions of the business
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change
  • Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, global business environment
  • Understanding of accounting and financial reporting
