Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading print & packaging manufacturer in their search for Finance Manager to work across 2 sites in the UK

For The Successful Finance Manager Our Client Is Offering

i. £40,000 - £46,000 per annum
ii. Fixed Term Contract - 6 months with a view to going perm
iii. Multi Site position

The Role - Finance Manager

i. To manage the provision of financial assessments and services to the business unit(s) to enable the company to plan and monitor financial performance, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information and the application of robust and effective internal controls
ii. Accurate and timely preparation of monthly, half yearly and annual financial information that meets the information needs of management
iii. Manage and control all the component parts of working capital and organise appropriate action to ensure it is controlled and minimised in total.
iv. Lead and participate in improvement projects as required
v. Provide a financial appraisal of potential capital investments to ensure that only profitable projects are undertaken

What our client is looking for in a Finance Manager:
i. Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA/ ACA equivalent)
ii. At least 5 years post qualification experience in a senior leadership role
iii. Experience in a manufacturing/commercial environment is desirable
iv. Ability to motivate and develop staff and possess a superior attention to detail with critical analytical skills
v. The role is based out of the Bourne site but travel is essential to other sites in the UK - including Little Hampton
