We’re looking for the Finance Managerto join our Infrastructure Finance Team, in Rushden, Marriot House. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, you’ll be working within the Infrastructure Finance team to support them with the day to day running of the business to optimise profit and cash profile of the contract/business area whilst avoiding overtrading or audit risk.

Your day to day will include:

  • Business process re-engineering to simplify activities
  • Work with broader teams ( FSSC, group) to improve their understanding and reduce the impact of their transactions on our business.
  • Own the P&L and balance sheet below gross margin and be responsible for the reconciliation of balance sheet reconciliations, group charges etc
  • Manage and develop a small team
  • Support Site Administration teams on projects that underpin finance data such as Gane Time (time booking system)

This role of Finance Manager is great for you are able to:

  • Confidently communicate and gain credibility with senior financial and non financial employees
  • Prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across the Finance function.
  • Have a professional approach, able to work under pressure, enthusiastic and committed to working within the team to effectively support the needs of the business.
  • Work across Microsoft Office, Hyperion, Smartview, Oracle
